Carpenter Estate Tower blocks to advertise The Rugby World Cup

You might remember that when the London 2012 Olympics was on that one of the tower blocks had a giant banner attached to one side of the building. Well it has been passed that two tower blocks will now be dressed with giant banners to promote the Rugby World Cup.

These banner will be up early October 2015 and will stay for about 31 days. The banners will be lit at night to make this advertising seen from afar.
