Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Every Sunday from 9.30am to 11am.

What do I need to bring?
These are some of the things you will need to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Warm clothing like track suite
You may wish to also bring with you if required:
- Refreshment or water
- Yoga block
How much does it cost?

Yoga is usually done in bare feet, but you may wear sock if the whether is cool.
Ensure that you are fit and well.
The classes are held in the Dojo hall and you are requested to remove your shoes before entering the room.
