Looking for more local classes and ways to get fit. On the Olympic park there is plenty to do in many of the venues with some classes free and others a charge.

Check the Olympic Parks webpage the week of your event to make sure the location, price or time hasn’t change.

  • Bootcamp – start time: 1pm – 2pm
  • Junior Bootcamp – start time: 4pm – 5pm
  • Run Club East – start time: 6:45pm-7:45pm
  • Yoga – start time: 7pm – 8pm

  • Running Women’s Only Group – start time: 7pm—8pm

Tuesday

  • All Ability Cycling – start time: 11am—1pm
  • Core Stability – start time: 6pm-6:30 pm
  • Running and Fitness Session – start time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Capoeira Fitness – start time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Yoga – start time: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Wednesday

  • RunFit Group – start time: 6:30am-7:30am
  • Elite Fitness – start time: Midday – 1pm
  • This Girl Can Swim – start time: 12pm – 1pm
  • Box Fit – start time: 1pm – 2pm
  • Core Stability – start time: 6pm – 6:30pm
  • Hula Fitness – start time: 6pm – 7pm

  • Back to Exercise – start time: 7pm – 8pm
  • Float Fit – start time: 7:30pm -8pm

Friday

  • Buggy Exercise – start time: 11am – 12pm
