Examination in Public of the Greater Carpenters Neighbourhood Plan

You can find three links below to the letters about the Examination in Public of the Greater Carpenters Neighbourhood Plan:

  1.  A letter (dated 22/11/2019) from the EIP examiner, Andrew Mead, setting out the procedure for the Examination in Public of the GCNF Plan.
  2.  The second is a letter (dated 5th December 2019) from LLDC to Andrew Mead, setting out its reply to the procedural matters raised in his letter of 22 November 2019. The letter sets out the London Legacy Development Corporation’s own response as planning authority to the Neighbourhood Plan proposed by GCNF and the policies it proposes.
  3. A letter (dated 11th December 2019) from Andrew Mead to GCNF, LLDC and LN Newham, asks questions of Greater Carpenters Neighbourhood Forum, the London Legacy Development Corporation (the planning authority for the Carpenters area) and London Borough of Newham (the major landowner of Carpenters Estate and had requested replies by 6th January 2020.
